Job Title: Admin Assistant
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to solicitors & legal professionals
- Organise and maintain legal files and documents & provide reception support in the form of answering calls and handling case evidence
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and organise file archives within the firm
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Experience**:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
