We are now in our 45th year of business and due to continued success and expansion we are are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to help in our very busy office..

**Duties Include**:
- Answering calls
- Logging breakdowns on Service Management system
- Communicating with field engineers and issuing work
- Producing Operating and Maintenance Manuals
- Ordering of parts, equipment and office stationary
- Data entry
- General office admin duties
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Enjoy speaking with customers on the telephone
- Have excellent communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Experience of dealing with customers either on the telephone or face to face
- Experience of using Microsoft - mainly Outlook and Word
- Enjoy working in a team and busy environment
- Show initiative and willingness to learn
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
