We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Support Specialist to join our team at Molly Maid. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in an office setting. As the Operations Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction, assisting with employee development and retention, and ensuring the team stays on course with their day-to-day objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination:
    • Track deadlines and deliverables to support project management, utilizing tools such as calendars and to-do lists.
    • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops, which may include scheduling speakers, preparing materials, and promoting events.
  • Data Management:
    • Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of necessary supplies.
    • Liaise between departments to resolve operational issues, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish.
  • High School graduate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work an 8-hour shift between 0700 & 1700.
