The position is based in our Dundee office and involves working with individuals who require emotional wellbeing and practical support to improve their mental health and wellbeing. You will work with people on a 1-2-1 or group basis, in their homes and communities, to identify their strengths, issues, and goals. Your role will be to encourage individuals to recognize and use their existing strengths, facilitate building new skills to build momentum in independent living skills, self-management, personal recovery, and building capacity.
