**Role Overview**:We require an exceptional individual for our part-time Office Administrator position. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, managing lead processing, appointment scheduling, and client communications. You'll be the linchpin in our day-to-day activities, ensuring each task is executed perfectly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Expertly manage appointment scheduling.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-ups.
- Handle lead management and CRM system updates.
- Monitor inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Prepare various administrative documents, including invoices and reports.
- Innovate and improve administrative processes.
- Tackle various ad hoc responsibilities.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and adept at juggling multiple tasks.
- Keen attention to detail for schedule management and client follow-ups.
- Collaborative, friendly, and committed to excellent customer service.
- Problem-solving skills and patience are essential.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles, particularly in the trade sector, is advantageous.

- Residency in or near Fife, with local community knowledge.
