Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the whole organisation and to be in control of the day to day administration of the business.
- General administration support and ad hoc duties.
- Providing quotations to customers.
- Invoicing.
- Photocopying, filing, laminating, and scanning of company documents.
- Ordering stationery and sourcing of materials.
- Meeting and greeting guests on arrival.
- Internal auditing and dealing with external annual audits for ISO and Achilles accreditations.
- Organise and booking of training in key areas of business.
- Keeping track of employee’s annual leave records.
- Taking calls and taking detailed, accurate messages.
- Completion of subcontractor evaluation forms if and when required.
- CIS submissions to HMRC.
- Monthly payroll processing.
- VAT returns.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Happy to meet and greet visitors and be a welcoming face to the company.
- Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn.
- Friendly, personable, and outgoing attitude.
- Ability to use initiative and get on with work when required.
- Excellent team player.
- Very organised and good prioritisation skills.
- Good IT Skills - General IT with experience of Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong telephone manner.
- Excel in communicating both verbal and written.
- Ideally experienced in payroll and use of SAGE.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
