We're a renewable energy company located in Dundee. Recently, we've opened our own business centre, accommodating our internal team and offering office spaces for rent to external businesses.

We're currently seeking an individual to represent our business centre and help with administrative duties.

Please note this is a dual role, you will be expected to assist with our companys admin duties as well as be front of house.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with any tenant queries in the business centre
- Conduct office viwings for potential tenants
- On board tenants, such as creating lease documents and building walkarounds
- Deal woth inbound enquiries for office space
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Sign visitors in and out as well as creating secure entry fobs
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organise and book accomodation and travel arrangements for the team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
