**We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.**

**Job Purpose**:
**The Administration Assistant will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Coordination of meeting rooms and client meeting and office event requirements; organise refreshments and lunch orders etc.
- Processing mail, both incoming and outgoing
- Produce consistent high quality and accurate documents, ensuring letters, memos, file notes and reports are prepared in the required format and saved as per the firm’s filing standards.
- Support administrative and compliance tasks for various Business Lines; creation of client portals, digitally lodging accounts with Companies House; digitally tagging accounts, submitting Tax Returns with HMRC and processing online identification checks.
- Processing client documentation and records incl. the scanning of accounts and tax working papers and arranging for their return to client.
- Document Management: archiving physical files in line with the firms filing policy.
- Various other administrative support tasks

- Relevant experience in this or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative.
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands.
