We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Administrator to join our team. As the EDI Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Central's EDI strategy.

In this position, your main responsibility will be to offer comprehensive administrative support to both the EDI Manager and the Director of Learning, Teaching and Inclusion. Your responsibilities will include handling day to day administrative tasks, managing communications, data collection, and assisting in the coordination of EDI training.

You will be part of a busy and motivated team environment. By adopting a cooperative approach and demonstrating initiative, you will contribute to the success of our team and the broader Central community in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

We would love to hear from you have:

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices related to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong administrative skills with experience in handling a range of administrative tasks
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally to all stakeholders - internal staff and potential and existing customers
