**About this job**:
As part of this work we are seeking a permanent EDI, Engagement and Wellbeing Officer. This is a standalone role to support the Head of HR to deliver and embed organisational wide EDI, engagement and wellbeing initiatives. A big part of this work will be addressing the recommendations that stem from our Black Staff Network.

**What you’ll do**:

- Shape and implement our EDI, engagement and wellbeing initiatives in line with our HR strategy.
- Establish a full programme of staff networks that amplify underrepresented voices to ensure that equality forms a more enhanced part in how people are developed and managed.
- Drive inclusive recruitment and promotion practices.
- Analyse data to set KPIs and continuously improve.
