**About us**:
The central EDI team lies within the Office of the President and Provost, and was established to strategically advance equality, diversity and inclusion at UCL. The team draws from diverse expertise to provide expert advice, engagement and support to faculties and departments to advance inclusion initiatives and good practice at UCL. The structure and purpose of the team is to embed EDI initiatives into core business and mainstream the values on which UCL was founded.

**About the role**:
**This role is being advertised as a full time secondment for maternity cover. Funding is available until 29 March 2025.**

The main purpose of the EDI Administrator is to provide administrative support to the EDI Team. This will include (but is not limited to) taking minutes at EDI group meetings, updating web content, creating infographics as well as survey forms, responding to mailbox queries and providing general administrative support to ongoing projects within the team.

Alongside this, the EDI Administrator will also be responsible for managing a complex and shifting diary for the EDI Director, accommodating the needs of senior colleagues from across UCL and key contacts from external organisations.

**Interviews will take place on 14 March 2024.**

**About you**:
You will be experienced in:

- managing a busy diary to accommodate multiple competing priorities and stakeholders
- being able to work on different tasks at the same time / switching from one to the other frequently and easily
- providing effective administration and support in a busy office environment
- accurate and concise minute taking skills
