**Job description**
- Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales. Together we are Disability Gamechangers. We work to a society where all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness. We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is at the heart of everything we do at Scope. We’re one year into delivering our EDI strategy. It’s an important piece of work, and there’s lots still to do. So we’re looking for an EDI Lead to join us..

**Permanent, 35 hours per week**

**Location**: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW with working from home most of the time.

We are a supportive and passionate team, led by the Head of Inclusion.

In this role you will be:

- Managing the delivery of a programme of EDI training for colleagues and volunteers
- Interpreting and reporting on equality, diversity and inclusion data
- Writing EDI-related policy and guidance for colleagues and volunteers
- Joining our newly formed Accessibility and Inclusion Centre of Excellence.

- You are passionate and knowledgeable about multiple marginalisation.
- You have a solid working knowledge of equalities legislation
- You are confident managing complex projects
