**About The Role**:
As part of our growth here at TAC Healthcare, our Finance team have an exciting opening for a Finance Administrator. In this key role, you will ensue that purchase and sales invoices are generated accurately across various business streams.

This is a full-time permanent position, and you will be based at our Aberdeen office in Dyce initially, but Hybrid working may be available once settled in the role.

**What you will do**:

- Generate invoices in line with contract agreements.
- Liaise with clients to ensure PO’s are in place for appointments and services.
- Create monthly reports and invoice analysis in line with account manager and client requirements.
- Log purchase invoices in Xero ensuring relevant approvals are in place.
- Compare PO’s to Purchase Invoices and identify any discrepancies, ensuring these are raised with suppliers.

**About you**:

- Experience working within a finance team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to monthly deadlines.
- Have excellent timekeeping and can work well under pressure.
- Previous experience using Excel and preferably Xero.
