Finance Operations Administrator

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Operations Administrator on a permanent, full time basis, working in Aberdeen City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and gain experience within the financial planning sector.
**Main duties include**:
- Provide support to the Advisors within the Practice, ensuring business is processed in an efficient and timely manner whilst providing clients with the highest levels of customer service.
- Arrange review meetings with existing clients.
- Arrange new appointments with potential clients.
- Assist the Advisors with preparation for client meetings including the creation of meeting packs.
- Overall responsibility for the LoA process on behalf of the Advisors, including sending letters and information requests, chasing outstanding information and follow up requests and ensuring that agreed timescales are met.
- Responsible for maintaining client files on CRM/internal database, including updating and amending personal information.
- Ensure all client information is correct and documented in the appropriate manner.
- Check listing of ceding scheme information
- Responsibility for client withdrawal requests
- Provision of Administration support for Submission of new business.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding written business to support the timely receipt of client funds.
- Regular review of Systems to ensure data quality standards are maintained.
- Strong administration experience
- High levels of customer service experience
- High levels of attention to detail when using CRM/ internal databases
- Experience as a systems super user, creating and maintaining reports.
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A team player, with a strong willingness and ability to learn.
- Knowledge of financial products

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
