We are looking for an operations administrator to support the daily operations of our business. The operations administrator's responsibilities may include answering the phone, keeping track of inventory, maintaining supplier and client records and providing administrative support as needed. We are a busy steel supply company where no two days are the same, this position would be suitable for people who can work well under pressure and enjoy a varied workload where no 2 days are the same.

**Operations Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Booking in material upon receipt
- Scanning in test certificates
- Daily filing and organising job files
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
- Expediting
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Operations Administrator Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
