We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to support our clients operations teams in the UK, with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular contact with key clients on engineer training requirements.
  • Monthly review and updates of financial performance for projects (Costs to Complete).
  • Support and approve placing orders for required materials, tools, PPE, sub-contract support, etc.
  • Support and prepare invoices for completed jobs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven operations support background in an engineering business and be self-motivated but also able to liaise closely with others.
