Finance and Administration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at PTS Services. This is a full-time position that involves managing purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, and assisting with payroll processing.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial administration, excellent numeracy skills, and proficiency in Excel and XERO. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase and sales ledgers
- Perform credit control tasks
- Assist with year-end closing processes
- Process payroll and expenses
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Finance or accounts training or similar qualification
- Previous experience in a finance role
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and XERO
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
