Part-Time Finance Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Credit Control and Collections Coordinator to join our team on a part-time ongoing basis (18-20 hours per week). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team in processing invoices, credit notes, and preparing account statements.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has a proactive approach to finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage credit notes and ensure timely payments from customers.
- Prepare and distribute regular account statements.
- Collaborate with finance managers to improve collections processes.
- Support the year-end audit process.
The estimated salary for this position is £26,500 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
