About the Role

We are seeking a skilled People Services Assistant to join our team at North East Scotland College.

As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various aspects, including recruitment and selection, monitoring and maintenance of sickness absence, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices, as well as previous experience in an administrative role. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook, are essential for success in this position.

This role requires the ability to work with staff at all levels, building positive relationships and articulating information clearly. The salary for this position is £30,388.04 - £34,057.84 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise required. Job Requirements
