Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the provision of quality services to meet the needs of our service users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be considered for this role, you must hold an SCQF Level 6 in Health and Social Care and be willing to undertake an SCQF Level 7 along with a Professional Development Award in Supervision. You will have previous experience in the provision of care and of coordinating activities within the workplace.

Job Requirements

This is a busy and fast-paced role, which requires resilience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to cope with changing needs and demands. You will be working in a rolling rota over 7 days, including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.

  • Coordinate and contribute to the provision of quality services to meet the needs of service users.">
  • Monitor the effective use of staffing resources.">
  • Support service users in their daily living, according to their recognized and agreed needs.">
  • Encourage and support service users to develop skills and knowledge to live as independently as possible.">
  • Perform the role of key worker for service users.">
