**Position**:
**Key Accountabilities**
- Point of contact for onsite CQA engineers
- Receive and enter weekly timesheets for CQA engineers every Monday
- Arranging courier collections for deliveries to laboratories for site test samples
- Collating details of the samples and creating and sending schedules to the labs
- Use of online portal to book and check lab testing
- Formatting reports, documents and presentations
- Preparing appropriate, relevant documentation and equipment for site engineers
- New supplier questionnaire forms sending and completing
- Compiling basic information for new project tender documents and liaising with other departments to collate information and finalise documents ready for submission
- Minute taker for weekly departmental resource meeting
- Supporting project managers to submit quality plans the 4Projects system
- Support for PM’s during monthly billing period with schedules of time and expenses ready to invoice
- Electronic and manual filing as required
- Answering the main incoming telephone line, as required
- General Ad-hoc assistance as required

**Requirements**:
**Skills and knowledge**
- Creation of all purchase orders for the business in a timely manner
- Identifying the correct project and supplier for the PO
- Where appropriate follow the procedure for obtaining three relevant quotes for the work to which the PO relates
- Completing the bid comparison form
- Completing requisition forms
- Creation of PO and see it through the approval process
