Accounts Assistant
We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the finance team. You will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and adaptable to the roles you're asked to undertake.
Roles and responsibilities will involve:
- Credit Control
- Taking customer card payments
- Collecting Direct Debits, card payments and allocating payments to customer accounts
- Raising purchase orders and goods receipting stock.
- Purchase Ledger
- Supplier statement reconciling
- to assist in preparation or regular ad hoc office administration duties as required.
Specification:
- Accounts experience is essential
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft word
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Friendly, diligent and enthusiastic to learn
Experience with Merlin Accounts System preferred but not essential as all training will be provided
Salary 23k-24k Depending on experience
Full time Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00
