**General Office Duties**
- Assisting with administration relating to Sales & Purchases, interfacing with purchasing
- Working closely with the Office Manager/Admin Team on time sensitive projects
- Dealing with daily issues as they arise
**Sales Admin**
- Assisting within the Business Development Department with all supporting administration.
**Project Administration**
- Organising, updating and maintaining Project records and plans ensuring they are updated and archived as necessary
**Health and Safety Administration**
- Preparation of Health & Safety files as necessary for new sites
- Coordinating, recording and relaying information resulting from monthly site inspections by Health & Safety advisers
- Administration Experience
- Good Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexible working attitude
- The ability to work well within a team
- Driving Licence

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
