Administrative Assistant

As a Personal Secretary with NHS Ayrshire and Arran, you will play a vital role in maintaining an efficient and effective administrative service, supporting the Equalities team in their mission to promote equality and diversity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records via our PILs spreadsheet and Translation and Interpretation spreadsheet.
- Establish robust systems and processes to support Equalities and Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) activity.
- Provide administrative support to the Equalities team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- HNC or SVQ3 qualification in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Software packages.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Working Hours: 20 hours per week
