This opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our team at University Hospital Crosshouse. As a key member of the Health Records Management team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, preparing correspondence, meeting notes, and other documents as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Health Records Management team, including preparing correspondence and meeting notes.
  2. Manage human resource aspects related to staff recruitment, changes to terms and conditions of service, and terminations, including data inputs to accredited business systems.
  3. Offer guidance on health records secondary storage systems within University Hospital Crosshouse.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a HNC or relevant secretarial qualification, as well as knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Considerable management team level secretarial experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) are also essential.

Working Arrangements
