**Administration Assistant Required**

**Person required for the administration of normal office duties at the**
**Robert Burns World Federation, a charity based in Kilmarnock.**

**Main Duties**: as directed by the Business Manager and the RBWF Board
- The management of administrative databases and data therein.
- Updating the RBWF Website and Web Shop regularly.
- Support in the preparation of the RBWF Annual Report.
- Control of stock, stationery and office equipment items.
- In conjunction with the appointed RBWF accountant and Business Manager, ensure finance matters are recorded in accordance with agreed methods. Experience of Quickbooks would be advantageous.
- Facilitate the operation of RBWF Board Meetings, Quarterly Committee Meetings and the RBWF Annual Conference.
- Provide administrative assistance where necessary to help arrange the Annual Conference and the Annual Schools Festivals.
- Ensure the timely distribution of the RBWF Newsletter, Chronicle, Annual Report and any other official communications.
- Facilitate meetings within the RBWF office as required.
- To complete other duties as directed by the Business Manager and RBWF Board in furtherance of the Key Objectives of the organisation.
