Administration Assistant

Our company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual with previous admin experience to join our office team and assist in the day to day tasks of the office. A good knowledge in IT and the Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Publisher) is essential. Previous use of Sage 50 Accounts or similar packages would be beneficial but not necessary.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Order processing
- Handling of cash and card payments
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using SAGE 50
- Filing
- Various other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Previous admin experience is a must
- Punctuality
- Excellent time management, well organised
- Well-mannered and polite
- Excellent and confident telephone etiquette
- Work well individually or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excels in a busy environment
- Hardworking
- Reliable
Hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Knowledge of the butchery industry and/or products would be advantageous but not necessary.
