**Job Purpose**:
The General Administrator at Braehead Foods will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to the Buying Department.
Key areas covered include the following:

- Daily buying admin duties of producing weekly orders, liaising with suppliers, and arranging pick ups.
- Carrying out accurate stock ordering, ensuring that all requirements have been met and stock levels are correct.
- Coordinating delivery dates for stock.
- System stock adjustments and reports.
- Looking after finance in box
- Dealing with invoicing enquiries
- Chasing payments
- General administration duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
