**The Role**:
Due to Infinite Renewables moving into the role of being a supplier and installer of energy efficiency measures in domestic properties under the ECO4 scheme, they are looking for an Eco Compliance Administrator to oversee the running of the internal side of the ECO4 process.

- Have excellent customer service skills - booking installations and ordering materials for the work will be essential
- Have excellent IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

**Duties**:

- Liaising with Install Managers/Surveyors across the business to ensure you have accurate evidence on completed jobs in order to prepare the paperwork packs
- Correcting paperwork to adhere to the Compliance Guidance
- Combining photographs and cross checking against the install notes
- Submitting compliant paperwork packs to our funders and utility partners
- Accurately screening all relevant documentation, photos and certificates, for any non-compliances promptly
- Reaching out to partners with additional data requirements and following up on your request.
- On project completion submit the complete data pack to be used in the claim to the ECO4 Scheme.
- Collate the customer's handover packs containing all relevant certificates for the products installed and post it to them.
- General administration duties
- To be successful in this position previous experience within ECO would be beneficial.
- Booking installations
- Ordering materials with wholesalers

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
