A well-established law firm in Ayrshire is looking for a diligent and detail-focused Part-time Law Firm Accounts Specialist. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management of our client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will have solid understanding of legal finance compliance, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and proficiency in legal accounting software, such as Denovo, is highly desirable.

This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment.

  • Previous experience in a legal cashier position
  • SOLAS qualification
  • Proficient in legal accounting software (Denovo)
