Job Summary
">">- A leading social care charity in Ayrshire seeks an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Professional to oversee maintenance operations across various sites.
Hansel is a well-established organisation providing personalised support choices to over 600 people annually. As a specialist lead advisor/project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating planned preventative maintenance, repair work, and capital projects.
You will have line management responsibility for the dedicated in-house Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance team, sourcing external professionals as needed for larger or specialist projects.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage routine maintenance, reactive work, plant, equipment, and properties owned or occupied by Hansel.
- E nsure timely completion of tasks in a risk-prioritised manner.
- Ensure legislative compliance in the running of Hansel estates and administrative requirements.
- Lead a team with strong leadership and team management experience.
- Have relevant qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
About the Role
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to interpret complex documents, and a practical approach to work. A full clean driving license is required.
