Fox Construction Recruitment are looking for a person who can think outside the box and are driven and determined to succeed to join our client’s team as an Office Administrator in the Throop / Muscliff area.

As the perfect candidate, you must have a friendly disposition, great attention to detail as well as good interpersonal skills. Our client will provide training on all internal systems to help you keep your career on track.

What your day will include:

You will be reporting to our Operations Manager and support the team in the areas below.

* Keep on top of the teams’ work schedules.

* Support others within the office environment.

* Knowledge of our IT Systems.

* Inbound & outbound customer & client & supplier calls.

* Help with managing product timelines

* Help with making sure stock of materials are in line with production output.

* Keep on top of emails and work calendars.

* Good customer and staff relationships.

* Great interpersonal skills

* Good computer skills able to use Microsoft software – Excel/Word etc.

* Show your self-motivation and a positive attitude while working in a team-based environment.

Awesome extras, but not essential:

* Experience within a fast-paced environment.

* Previous employment within the construction industry

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

* Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
