Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist Position
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and providing a warm and professional reception
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies and replenishing as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
