We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Coordinator to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planning practice in Poole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with clients to book annual review meetings with their Financial Advisors.
  • Manage and block out Financial Advisors' diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Send confirmation letters to clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Create and maintain accurate client files, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Provide general office administration and coordination, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Meet and greet clients into the office, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous office-based experience, with a proven track record of administrative support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in a range of software applications.
  • Professional manner, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection.

Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £27,000.
