Role Responsibilities

As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating a productive workspace for our team and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and managing communications through emails and phone calls.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office space, while adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Overseeing the warehouse area, coordinating deliveries, managing stock, and continuously enhancing our operational space.
  • Managing the vehicle fleet, including tracking maintenance, repairs, and any damages.
  • Distributing and maintaining office equipment such as laptops and mobile devices.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals who resonate with our values and are eager to contribute to our brand culture. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing a busy office environment with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and the capability to work independently.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of vehicle management and maintenance.
  • A minimum educational qualification of A-Level.
  • A valid UK driving license.
