Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in Bournemouth.

About the Role:

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of justice by facilitating the progression of cases through the court and providing essential support to various functions within HMCTS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • File Preparation: Create electronic files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
  • Document Production: Generate necessary court documents to support legal proceedings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general photocopying, filing, and post opening/dispatch.
  • Data Management: Create and update records in our in-house computer system, ensuring accurate data input.
  • Communication: Address a variety of telephone enquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Requirements:
