Administrative Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in Bournemouth. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating the progression of cases through the court and providing essential support to various functions within HMCTS.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Preparation: Create electronic files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
- Document Production: Generate necessary court documents to support legal proceedings.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general photocopying, filing, and post opening/dispatch.
- Data Management: Create and update records in our in-house computer system, ensuring accurate data input.
- Communication: Address a variety of telephone enquiries with professionalism and clarity.
