Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Office Angels Bournemouth. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including property transfers and luxury retirement properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including property transfers and luxury retirement properties
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a property or luxury retirement setting
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately prepare documents and data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
