Key Duties:
- Overseeing the administration team
- Managing the office operations within the care facility
- Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and their families
- Welcoming and guiding visitors
- Responding to phone and email inquiries
- Handling financial management responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment administration tasks
- Maintaining client admission and occupancy documentation
- Supporting the Home Manager with various administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Experience in supervising a team
- Demonstrated success in administrative or reception roles
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Adaptable, friendly, and well-organized
