Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team at Tyler Griffen Limited. This is an 8-week contract opportunity that requires the ability to start work immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including copying, printing, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking courier services and special post/delivery.
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, and update the database with client information.
- Assist with the administration process for new client onboarding, including preparing meeting rooms and greeting external visitors.
- Prepare and submit expense claim forms for fee-earners, if requested.
Requirements:
- Previous office experience as an Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Ability to start work immediately and commit to an 8-week contract or longer if needed.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Great team player with a positive, helpful approach to duties.
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising at all levels of the business.
- Good attention to detail and good MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
