We are in search of a detail-oriented Administrator to enhance our New Business team. The role of the Administrator is crucial to 4Com's success, ensuring that our service delivery surpasses customer expectations.

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include securing financing for customers, verifying the accuracy of contracts, and managing all administrative tasks from the point of sale to the initial stage of installation.

Please note that this position is office-based.

Responsibilities of the Administrator at 4Com include:

Coordinating installation schedules with the installation team. Communicating with the sales team, including management, to address any necessary order modifications and ensuring timely completion of all documentation and cost assessments. Managing invoicing and credit note arrangements using Sage. Handling incoming inquiries from sales consultants and customers, providing assistance or redirecting as necessary. Ensuring all sales agreements are accurately proposed to Company Leasing, with all documents properly completed and submitted. Engaging with customers to collect outstanding documentation and any additional information required for finance approval, including corrected and re-signed paperwork.
