Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team at Tyler Griffen Limited for an 8-week contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including office management, data entry, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating meetings.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with a range of administrative tasks, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.

Requirements:

  • Previous Office Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
