Our client, a reputable corporate company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional office administration support to their team members on an 8-week contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff members, including copying, printing, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking courier services and special post/delivery.
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, and update the database with client information.
- Assist with the administration process for new client onboarding, including organizing events and related tasks.
- Meet and greet external visitors/clients, and prepare meeting rooms for meetings.
- Prepare and submit expense claim forms for fee-earners, if requested.
- Previous office experience as an Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Ability to start work immediately and commit to an 8-week contract or longer if needed.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels of the business.
- Good attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
