Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a dedicated Office Assistant / Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our team, the Office Assistant / Administrator will play a key role in supporting our staff and managing the company’s general administrative activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects and the efficiency of our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination Support**: Assist in managing our construction or development projects, working closely with contractors, architects, and stakeholders. (Experience in Property Development & Construction Business is highly advantageous)
- **Office Management**: Ensure the smooth operation of our office environment by overseeing daily operations and implementing new technologies and software to enhance efficiency.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support our business and project needs.
- **Financial Administration**: Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including budget report preparation, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping. (Knowledge of Xero or Sage is beneficial)
- **Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving**: Use your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or administrative issues.
- **Communication Excellence**: Manage communications, drafting and editing correspondence and reports with clarity and professionalism, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Creative & Marketing Skills**: A basic understanding of graphic design software and social media marketing skills, including content creation and analytics, will be considered an asset.
