Priory Concept Group are a leading Facilities Management company, who specialise in Fire Door repairs, servicing and installation.

We have a job opening for an experienced Administration Assistant with minimum 2 years experience in an office administration role.

To be considered for this role you will need to be competent with Excel and good with numbers.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Data entry and database maintenance.
- Supporting the planning and operations department with administration duties.
- ADHOC administration tasks

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and numerical skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including MS Office, particularly Excel
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work within a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administration role, office based.
- Good sense of humour is a must
