Solicitors' Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Solicitors' Office Administrator to join our team at Tru Talent in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly office environment, providing high-quality support to our Solicitors and clients.

About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to our Solicitors, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with meeting and event planning, including booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of messages, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support the front desk, receiving and greeting clients, and providing general information.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Law or Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or solicitors' office.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
