Job DescriptionThis role will provide administrative support across various areas of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Learning & Development. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Process: Manage reference requests, handle New Starters administration, and support the induction process for all new joiners.
- Training Coordination: Book and coordinate internal and external training events, update training records, and support the Learning and Development team with workshops and development programs.
We seek a self-motivated individual with experience in HR Administration. A good working knowledge of best practices and a focus on creating a people-centric culture are essential. The core hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
