Administrative Support Specialist

Lester Aldridge is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join its People & Culture team. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting the onboarding process.
Key Tasks- Scheduling and coordination of interviews and onboarding activities.
- Managing reference requests and New Starters administration.
- Organizing inductions for new joiners, including training setup.
- End-to-end booking and coordination of training events.
This role involves working closely with the existing HR Assistant and the wider team to deliver administrative support across the People & Culture department. Our benefits package includes:
- Up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Extra day off at Christmas and birthday.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year, dependent on location.
