We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate administrator to join our small, committed team at The Shores Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). Our mission is to provide high-quality care, support, and forensic medical services to individuals who have recently experienced rape or sexual assault.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SARC Quality Manager and the wider team, ensuring all tasks align with the Trust's Information Governance, recording, and data-sharing procedures.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- They will be competent in assessing and documenting safeguarding concerns, completing risk assessments, and liaising with police officers, Sexual Offence Examiners, and the SARC team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
- The successful candidate must undergo enhanced DBS checks and NPPV Level 3 vetting.
Working Conditions:
- This part-time role offers 15 hours per week, paid at £11.66 per hour.
