About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable receptionist to join our dedicated administration team at Kings Park Community Hospital. As part of a small team, you will provide support to clinical staff and act as the first point of contact between patients, relatives, and medical staff while maintaining confidentiality.

This is a part-time post of 15 hours per week over Thursday and Friday, offering a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to patients, staff, carers, relatives, GPs, and the wider Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service relating to appointments, patient care, service pathways, and meetings.
- Liaise with other members of the service to organize and deliver a safe and efficient office system to support sound patient care, consistent with good clinical governance guidelines.
- Support clinicians with their work including typing clinical letters and organizing appointments.

Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience
- Understanding of patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of NHS organization and protocols
